Estate grown, old vine Merlot was hand-picked and open fermented, before pressing to new and seasoned French and American oak barriques for maturation.

The 2024 Merlot is a fragrant wine of red berries, cherries and cedar, woven with bright flavours of plum and raspberry. The finely structured palate and soft tannins lead to a lingering finish.
