This flagship wine is made from a premium parcel of 89-year- old Shiraz vine. The oldest vine on Henley Park Estate. The grapes were hand- picked and small batch open fermented before pressing to new and seasoned French and American oak for maturation. Enticing aromas of coffee grinds, raspberry coulis and black pepper combine with black berry, dark chocolate and savoury spice on the palate. A seamless wine that can be enjoyed in it's youth or cellared for well over a decade.
