2023 Classic Dry White

Estate grown Chardonnay, Chenin and Muscat Gordo Blanco were hand picked and pressed before tank and barrel fermentation for added complexity. The three varieties were carefully assembled to produce a harmonious white blend reflective of the Swan Valley.

This white blend delivers a generous palate displaying lemon curd, fresh grape and tropical characters with a gentle finish.
