Estate grown, old vine Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot were hand-picked and open fermented before pressing to new seasoned oak for maturation.

Berry, bright plum and red liquorice aromas lead to a rich, textural palate of bramble fruit and dark cherry
