2022 Cabernet Merlot

2023 Swan Valley Wine Show: BRONZE

Estate grown, old vine Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot were hand-picked and small batch open fermented before pressing to new and seasoned French barriques for maturation.

Panna Cotta, plum and dark chocolate aromas lead to a richy fruited palate of creme de cassis and dark cherry. The carefully selected oak and fine tannin provide the framework for a long and satisfying finish.
